We offer returns online within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached.

This Return Policy is only applicable to online purchases from www.frenzybird.com.

How do I return an online purchase?

1. Please contact service@frenzybird.com before you return your package, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

When will I get my refund after I have returned my order?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take about 7 business days to process. After your return has been processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are free and easy within 30 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy.
