I am surprised why not many people have given review for this mat. I love doing yoga and was hunting for the perfect mat which is anti slip and good cushioning. Most of the best mats have used so far, I did lost balance and they wear off quite quickly. This is first rubber mat I have tried and from its competitor brands priced round 100£ , this one is absolute worth for the money. Quality is amazing, colour is lovely and the accessories along with it is absolute bargain. I would strongly recommend it for anyone out their looking for the perfect mat. The only downside is it's little heavier than the usual yoga mat also as it's more sturdy -- I really don't consider that as a negative- hence my rating 5 star.

This mat is perfect. I now understand how a mat can improve your practice of yoga . Yes it does smell very unpleasant to begin with but the smell is slowly disappearing. It does mark a little but it’s so great I don’t care . The markings on the mat help you align your position correctly, there’s no slipping on this mat , no curling and it’s thickness is perfect ( I use mine on a stone floor ) . It packs away easily into the bag and I don’t find it heavy at all as others mentioned. It’s a great price and awesome quality. If your thinking about it I would recommend you just go for it , you will fall in love with it , oh and also the colour is so pretty, very soothing.

I don't know why this mat doesn't have more rave reviews as it's quite simply FAB! I'd say I'm an 'intermediate' at yoga and try to practice most days. With soooo many mats out there it's hard to know what to go for, but having got a Yogi Bare rubber mat for my birthday and loving it, I know that rubber mats are amazing if you're looking for a super non-slip mat that also has enough 'squishiness' to protect your knees, back, hands etc in balance poses. This mat from FrenzyBird is extremely similar in style and design to the very popular Liforme mats that have an eye-watering price tag, but at £36 this one is a bargain, and is (as far as I can tell) of equal quality. It rolls out flat immediately with no buckling at the ends, the rubber is mega grippy (no worrying about slipping in downward dog), the alignment lines are very helpful and keep you focused on correct technique but without being distracting, and it also comes with loads of extras: cute mat bag, matching carry strap, ties to keep the mat rolled up tight when not in use, and a matching yoga strap - all high quality. The colour choices are great, and the pink I got is just so pretty! It also arrived very quickly in a lovely cardboard box. I can't wait to use this mat and I know it's going to be extremely durable and last me years. If you're wondering whether this mat is as good as it's expensive counterpart, just go for it, you won't be disappointed - it's an amazing mat at a great price, thank you FrenzyBird!
